These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of DESIRED FX's Website, located at https://desired-fx.com.
By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use DESIRED FX if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
Please do read these terms carefully before you submit your order to us. These terms tell you who we are, how we will provide products to you, how you and we may change or end the contract, what to do if there is a problem and other important information. If you have any questions or concerns regarding these terms, please contact us to discuss.
We are Desired FX; Our registered office is at Cluster Winterville Block 8 no 6, Cakung, Rawa terate, East Jakarta, 13920, INDONESIA. Please be aware that now are located in Indonesia and have moved from UK, but we are still able to send package internationally.

“Writing” includes emails. When we use the words “writing” or “written” in these terms, this includes emails.
Products ordering process:
Once you make an order from our website we will send you the confirmation of the order that we have the stocks, confirming you with the final invoice (including the final calculation of the shipping cost) and payment link to finish up your order if needed (using PayPal or square up). all of your international package are insured, so you might get a partial / full refund from the courier if the product is lost during the delivery process.
Next email will be the order corfirmation / dispatch notification including the tracking number. We use POS INDONESIA as our courier, for international orders (10-14 working days). For Indonesian customers: we will use local courier such as JNE, TIKI, GOSEND, PAXEL, etc.
We don't accept cancellation, if your product is sold out, we will refund the price.
Our products:
Products may vary slightly from their pictures. The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device’s display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products. Product packaging may vary to minimise package waste. The packaging of the product may vary from that shown in images on our website.
Our temporary tattoos are FDA-verified and skin-safe. Please read the instructions and use the patch test 24 hours (which we have provided in the form of a small black heart tattoo) before applying the product, even if you have never experienced an allergic reaction before. If you have any reaction please discontinue the use of the product. The temporary tattoos should last up to 7 days subject to a few factors: location on the body, quality of application process and how exposed it is to wear and tear ( whether from friction, environment or other substances).
For our prosthetic products, adhesives are currently not provided. Please make sure the adhesives you use do not cause an allergic reaction.
Our rights to make changes:
Minor changes to the products. We may change the product:
to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements; and
to implement minor technical adjustments and improvements. These changes will not affect your use of the product
Providing the products:
The costs of delivery on the website is only an estimation, we will calculate the final shipping cost at the final confirmation. You can upgrade your shipment using another courier such as fed ex, TNT, and more.
During the order process, we will let you know when we will provide the products to you.
Products will be dispatched within 1-2 working days. Please allow 1-3 working days for prosthetics order to be dispatched.
Missing goods – please note that our orders are checked for content and checked against an order list before dispatch. Therefore it is extremely unlikely that a mistake will be made in respect of the content. If we suspect a fraudulent claim or if there are repetitive claims by an individual, then at our discretion we will not replace the missing goods. There will not be any refund. If the order is lost by the mail carrier, we cannot be held responsible. We recommend you upgrade your shipping. We can only assist you through the courier.
Invoice and packaging in the state when first opened will be required as photographic / video evidence for us to investigate any claims of missing items.
We are not responsible for delays outside of our control. If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside of our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to make you aware and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. We will not be liable for delays caused by the event, however, we will provide links and information to help you in the investigation of the cause of the delay.
The customer is responsible for providing us with the correct shipping details. We cannot be held responsible for deliveries made to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers. We post all orders to the address that you provide us with, so please check your order confirmation email to ensure that the address is completely correct. If you have paid with PayPal, please double-check that your PayPal delivery address is correct. If you spot a mistake please email us to let us know as soon as possible so that we can have this amended before shipping. In any instance where the address that you have provided is not 100% correct, and your order is shipped, we will need to wait for the parcel to be returned if we are to provide any kind of re-delivery/refund.
If you deem your product(s) to be damaged or faulty, you will need to contact us within 5 working days of receiving your item(s) to make us aware of the issue. If you contact us regarding your product(s) being damaged or faulty outside of this time frame it will be down to the discretion of the management as to whether you are eligible for an exchange or refund. You will need to provide photographic evidence before we can process any solution.
After contacting us about the damaged or faulty product(s), you will need to send the products to our office within 14 days. If we do not receive the returned product(s) within 30 days, you will no longer be eligible for an exchange or refund.
Cancellation: we are unable to accept any order cancellations. Please double check your order at the checkout; you will not be able to cancel your order once it has been placed.

This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.

DESIRED FX does not filter, edit, publish or review Comments before their presence on the website. Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of DESIRED FX, its agents, and/or affiliates.
